In a radical reality challenge, two groups of ordinary people enter an abandoned post-apocalyptic town from opposite sides, unaware of each other’s existence. With no electricity, food or water, they must survive using only the limited resources around them. But when the two factions finally discover each other, survival turns into chaos and conflict.

Episode 2
Hostilities erupt between the Eastside and Westside as stolen chickens and a feast of fried Spam fuel tensions. When an Eastside delegation arrives armed with baseball bats, the Westside survivors are forced to defend themselves. With morale falling, Brooke weighs her options, while Keira and Kyra have an explosive confrontation with Bertie at Eastside HQ.

A fragile peace deal between the Eastsiders and Westsiders is agreed - including the chickens. Matty invents a work hack for wood and water collection featuring a repurposed lawnmower. Newcomer Alix arrives just as after the group's gun goes missing, and leads an all-female goat rustling expedition that can only lead to conflict. Scott reveals a shocking story about his son.

The Westsiders discover their precious goats have been stolen and declare war on the East - but end up fighting among themselves. Psychologist Kiera hatches a plan to best use new arrival Alix, and as tempers flare, content creator Steven gets the fright of his life - but later enjoys a hot shower with Bertie and Alix.

A new survivor arrives at the West camp seeking shelter, and notices a gender divide in the West, with the women sidelined, so urges Kelly and Celia to make a stand. When a box of cereal is divided up unequally between the men and the women, a huge confrontation crackles, and then pops. A supply drop leads to a dawn race while Bertie's attempt to create some creature comforts leads to an internal feud.

The two camps meet for a friendly midnight game of hide and seek in the abandoned hospital. But while the West have a full pantry, the East are still struggling for food. On a visit to the East, chef Dean creates a tasty feast featuring cat food and pig trotters. Later Dean makes a huge discovery that leaves him with a big decision to make.
Episode 07
Episode 7
As the experiment enters its final days, East and West relations are at an all-time high. The two groups join together to explore and they stumble upon an uncharted area of the town and make a big find. Chef Dean hosts a banquet. During a game of confessions, one survivor's revelation jeopardises the new-found peace, but both sides will need to work together if they want to finally escape.
